Breakfast AND I've lost 3.2 pounds so far!!!! :D
Egg whites with a slice of tomato and some baby spinach leaves on a whole wheat sandwich thin roll (: SO good. I also had some non fat plain greek yogurt (the total fage kind which is my favorite) with some honey mixed in and i had a cup of green tea (:  I’m so happy I got a new scale haha my old one was SO broken. I’m so happy that I now know I lost some weight and all my work...

fitforlondon: On a side note that is irrelevant in every way. WHY IS MY FOREHEAD BREAKING OUT SUDDENLY?! Seriously I have never had acne before and now out of nowhere it’s really bad…I cut out sugar from my diet and I don’t eat too much oil. I wash my face once a day with two cleansers….any ideas on why ive suddenly turned into a pizza? I’ve been a HORRIBLE pizza for like over a month...

BBQ chicken and black bean burritos!!! (healthier...
~344 calories all together! this is the filling but then you roll this up in a whole wheat tortilla! and top with a tablespoon of greek yogurt and some salsa (: it makes 4 servings. ask me for the recipe if you wanna try it!!

SOO.... I definitely think I need a new scale?
I went to weigh myself this morning, and the scale STILL said 177!!!!!!!!!!! But I look/feel lighter! I must have lost at least a little bit of weight! So I stepped back on, and it said 173.5 and I was like WTF!??!? Then I stepped back on and it said 175, then I stepped on again and it said 176.5 and I stepped on again and it said 179. WTF.

Breakfast and Lunch! YUMMMM
For breakfast I had an egg white, spinach and ham omelet on a whole wheat english muffin and green tea ~210 calories; and for lunch I had a smoothie made with blueberries, strawberries, nonfat greek vanilla yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and baby spinach leaves ~210 calories.

Lunch was SO yummy!
I made myself a smoothie drink with a banana, strawberries, blueberries, a container of nonfat greek yogurt, and some spinach leaves! I used the new handheld blender I got for christmas (: It’s like you hold it in your hand and then you put it in the cup and blend it yourself… I dunno how to explain it lmao but the smoothie was SO good. ~250 cal
